MOT was fine. But I reported two problems i) iDrive is not rebooting even after pressing vol button for one minute. ii) microphone from car's Bluetooth is very poor and not audible to other end of the phone, this was not diagnosed correctly.

I was impressed with the excellent service. Ms Sudiya was courteous and helpful. During the check of airbags, underside of the car, etc, a video was made and sent to me. My car was also cleaned. The Service Team deserves to be commended. Thank you!
